Implications of Love

Behind my eyes
I see you.
If I squeeze them tight you are there.
Those lips made for kissing
I see them so clearly.
Your cupids bow
Shaping your wonderful lips.
I adore them.
They belong only to me.
Mine all mine,
Endlessly.
Yet distant and infrequent.
Too much of those lips
Would spoil me.
Ruin me,
Turn me to love.
So occasionally they bless me
With their delightful bow,
I will try not to get hit by cupid,
But those lips
He created
So how do I stop falling?
I can't.
I don't want to to stop.
It feels so good
Falling in love with you,
I am strong.
I see you
The real you
The man behind the lips,
Behind the laughter
The lost one.
I found you
And I anchor you
I love you.
I will caress and kiss
All of you
Inside and out.
And you do the same for me.
We found each other,
Amongst strangers.
I found you.
I was so drawn to you
Not like a magnet, polarised
With no choice,
But drawn by your energy,
Your spirit.
I choose you.
You trust me.
